Excluded items are not limited to: medical co-pays, illegal items and activity, cable TV and streaming services, common household supplies, experimental treatment, repairs, rental cars, legal fees, individual's activity fees/supplies, vehicle purchases and maintenance.
OTPS is the funding source of last resort. You must attempt option like SNAP, HEAP, grants, natural resources, and insurance first.
