OPWDD Authorized Support Brokers to help you facilitate your self direction planning, budgeting, and goal development.
Enhanced brokerage includes- staff recruiting, reimbursement management, staff meetings, monthly summaries, staff evaluations, scheduling, etc.
Serving: All NY Counties.
We do not presently have in-person Brokers available.
Housing Navigation
Consultation with a Certified Housing Navigator to help planning for a community residence change.
We bill as a Broker- You must have enough funds for both your current Broker and adding Housing Navigator in the Broker budget.
OTPS contracts are available by request.
Life Coaching and Classes
1:1 and 2:1 Life Coaching and small group structured classes with a Certified Master Life Coach trained by the Transformation Academy.
Areas of focus include Encouraging Autonomy, Professional Goals, Life Purpose Goals, Women's Empowerment, Healthy Relationship Building, Cultivating Happiness, Personal Well-being, and End-of-life Planning.
We are able to invoice an FI directly for our members in Self Direction!
Medicaid Billing
Corporate Packages- Whether you're just starting out or looking to restructure we've got you covered.
We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly Medicaid Claims Processing and State Invoicing.
Our promise is that we'll be there, as questions or issues arise, every step of the way.
Broker Training and Networking
We have curated a vast network of information essential for an Independent Support Broker to provide an informed service.
We have webinars, forms, office hours and a help desk, monthly meetings, and a Broker Mentor. We offer training opportunities in various areas to help improve the quality of care we provide.
Brokers and other Self Direction professionals from all over New York State are welcome to join.

Sexuality and ID/DD Training
We are trained by Katherine McLaughlin of Elevatus Training in teaching about sexuality, sexual health, and healthy relationship development to Individuals with ID/DD and people who care for or work with Individuals with ID/DD.

Staffing Support Service
We are available for weekly collection of reimbursable items and submission for FI processing. All reimbursement requests submitted to us weekly by Friday will be submitted over the weekend. We will send reminders of the FI reimbursements schedules and send an itemization for the upcoming reimbursement.
We review staff notes, complete monthly summaries, hold meeting minutes, develop staff schedules, and complete additional staff related paperwork.
Our invoices will be submitted directly to the FI.
You must have Staffing Support Service funds in IDGS, average cost of service is $400-$1200 annually.
